We (my husband and I and our 4 children) had a fantastic week of sailing around the Greek Islands with Yiannis at the helm and Mataula as our hostess. Yiannis was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the planning process for this trip. Then when the time finally came for this trip of a lifetime, it was even more wonderful than I had expected. Yiannis is a skilled and confident sailor and I knew at the start we were in good hands. In addition to his sailing skills, he is so knowledgeable and fun to be around. We saw the most amazing places in the Greek Islands. We discovered the incredible natural beauty that Greece has to offer because of his knowledge. I would highly recommend this to anyone seeking a relaxing and beautiful vacation in Greece.

This was a new experience for us and it was handled well by Yiannis and team. We were on a catamaran for a week with our teenage children and this vacation gave us a chance to spend time together with limited distractions. Yiannis and our skipper Paris were great to work with and were open and flexible with all of our questions and requests. We are already planning our next trip!

We had a remarkable week sailing with Yiannis–many thanks to him for making it a fun and safe adventure. Planning a trip of this type of not insignificant. From the first email, Yiannis was quick with information and feedback, always incredibly timely with responses. We changed our mind several times on the type of boat we wanted–he was always patient and forthcoming with advice.

The itinerary we chose was simply terrific–we visited Kythnos, Kea, Tinos,Mykonos and Siros. in each destination we had a front row seat to the port and had great recommendations on what to see and do. We also had several surprise swimming stops in some spectacular places–which was a blast.

Yiannis’ handling our boat was great–we always felt safe and well taken care of. I would highly recommend an adventure with him. He made us feel right at home. Thanks Yiannis for a great time.

We absolutely loved our sailing adventure with Yiannis. We booked early, and he was very helpful in every step of the charter process, and then in following up with us again as our trip got closer. He answered all our questions, gave plenty of advice and helped us design a trip that we would enjoy. He’s also a very capable sailor. We hit some very rough waters one day, but he handled the boat with aplomb and we felt safe with him as captain. The islands themselves were lovely, and the water was fantastic. We stopped at some small towns that were lovely to explore, but also some larger ports with beautiful, marble streets and active nightlife. Almost every day we stopped at beautiful coves with only a handful of people in sight and swam and snorkeled and enjoyed the beach and the water. The real gem of our trip was our hostess, Fotini. She is not only an amazing cook, she’s also a warm, caring person who put her every effort into seeing that we enjoyed our trip. And she always knew what we would need before we did. We really enjoyed getting to know her, and it was fun to share our vacation with her. I highly recommend this trip for an opportunity to explore Greece off the beaten path. We miss you already, Yiannis and Fotini — we’ll be back!

We have just finished a brilliant holiday sailing around the beautiful islands of Corfu, Paxos, Anti paxos and Lefkas with Yanis as our skipper. He was most informed with local knowledge and a very competent sailor. It was a delight to share our experience of the greek islands with our family as we returned to Paxos where we honeymooned 30 years ago. Not much had changed a delightful harbour and brandy alexanders as the sun was setting. The yacht was well equipped for a family of six with a young child and the majority had no sailing experience but Yanis was able to train us regarding safety and basics well!
